Eugene was hired by the company that manufactured the custom window security bars for my office (to install them). He was very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to resolve an unexpected issue with the installation (metal framing under the brickwork around the window area where the installation screws needed to be placed), coming back the day after the initial installation to further secure the bars to the building. The bars are rock solid! I am very happy with his work!
